A DAY IN THE LIFE Reporting to the Zenon Build’s Project Manager, the HVAC/Refrigeration Foreperson will: Work with project managers and engineers in the planning phase of HVAC/refrigeration projects. Use project specifications, blueprints, and technical drawings to determine system requirements. Lead, train and coordinate a high-performing and driven team to meet project deadlines. Oversee the installation, repair and maintenance of HVAC/Refrigeration systems for all projects. Conduct QC inspections to exceed client expectations and comply with all codes and standards. Keep detailed and thorough project notes and documents for transparency and accountability. Regularly prepare reports on project progress to identify areas to improve and celebrate wins. Proactively monitor project expenses and budget to manage client expectations and satisfaction. Promote a safety-conscious work environment to ensure compliance with regulations and codes. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE 2 to 3 years of post-apprenticeship experience with a Red Seal (HVAC/Refrigeration). Proven work experience on residential and/or commercial sites. Proficiency in HVAC/Refrigeration planning and installations. Tech-savvy with an ability to learn about new systems and the latest technologies. A solutions-driven and self-motivated Foreperson.
