A DAY IN THE LIFE Reporting to Zenon Build’s Project Manager, the Electrical Foreperson will: Deliver precise installation and maintenance of VRF systems and mechanical system controls. Lead and mentoring a high-performing team by promoting work efficiency and safety adherence. Conduct QC inspections to exceed client expectations and comply with all codes and standards. Promote a safe workplace and conduct reviews to comply with regulations, codes and protocols. Keep detailed and thorough project notes and documents for transparency and accountability. Regularly prepare reports on project progress to identify areas to improve and celebrate wins. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE 2 to 3 years post-apprenticeship experience with a Red Seal (Electrical). Proven work experience on residential and/or commercial sites. Proficiency in reading, interpreting and installing control system drawings. Tech-savvy with an ability to learn about new systems and the latest technologies. A solutions-driven and positive Foreperson ready to lead small teams and projects.
