Project Overview Bechtel is seeking an experienced contracts administrator for a large and complex rail system project in Ontario, Canada. Bechtel is serving as the primary source of sound professional oversight of project delivery, the client’s compliance with regulatory and stakeholder requirements, procurement, risk management and construction expertise and judgement in all phases of the Project works. Position Summary The Contract Administrator (CA) is to provide the Contracts Commercial Lead and other members of the Integrated Project Team (IPT) information regarding a contractor’s progress, verification of contractual and commercial responsibilities, and identification of any legal or technical difficulties and will report to the Contract Manager.
