Job Title: Fitter / Installer : Metal Work Location: East London Salary: GBP150 day rate : Expenses covered from workshop Job type: Full time : permanent Blackburn and Co Ltd are a metal fabrication company, based in Esinteraction, specialising in manufacturing and installation of all mild steel metalwork, such as staircases, handrails, balustrades, gates and bespoke fabrications. The Role We are looking for an experienced site fitter who will work from our workshop, based in West Horndon, Esinteraction and onsite. Key Responsibilities: Fitting all different aspects of architectural work from staircases to balustrade Reading from fabrication drawings Liaising with customer site operatives Maintaining health and safety standards on site Completing projects on time and to a high standard The Candidate: Must have experience in reading drawings, fabrication and site work in various aspects of metalwork, ranging from balustrade, staircases to structural steelwork. Must have a CSCS card Must have a full driving license Company vehicle will be kept on our premises. Must have their own welding mask and general hand tools.
