With 14 locations across Canada and Western USA, we will continue expanding and strengthening our steel industry network Cascadia Metals is seeking an experienced and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role will be a permanent, full-time position and will be located out of our Hamilton branch. The successful candidate will increase profitability by promoting products, creating value, and providing product support. Responsibilities: Pursuing opportunities to position our products and services Promote and maintain good customer relationships by servicing phone calls, delivering on customer needs and assisting in problem resolution Working with sales and administration teams to prepare proposals/quotes, and process customer orders Use a consultative sales approach to maintain and improve customer relationships in all areas including product knowledge, special requests, program building, sales issues, and future business Participate with management in updating your territory plan and setting sales goals Learn and apply new product knowledge to enhance sales and personal professionalism Remain knowledgeable and up to date on changes, new products and developments in the company and the industries which we support Requirements: Five years of steel industry experience is a must. Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, exceptional judgment, dependability, excellent teamwork skills, good time management skills, creativity, problem-solving, hardworking & persistent, professional competence,.
