Cascadia Metals is actively seeking qualified candidates for the position of Bilingual, French Speaking Inside Sales Representative, to work out of our Montreal branch. Skills and Responsibilities: Receiving and accurately processing orders Providing customer quotations based on their specific needs and requirements Analyze and resolve customer questions and concerns Assisting in developing project bids Creating and maintaining customer records Other duties as assigned Requirements: Bilingual: Must speak, read and write fluently in French A Post-Secondary degree is preferred Preference will be given to candidates with prior sales and/or customer service experience Previous steel-related experience is preferred but not mandatory Driven and results-oriented Highly organized with a strong ability to track, manage, and follow through on details Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Team player with the ability to do what is necessary in the interest of providing exceptional customer service Joining Cascadia Metals means being part of a thriving and expanding organization that values its employees.
