To help with our busy contact center team, we are searching for an additional Customer Service Advisor. Our organization takes great satisfaction in offering our members support and in supplying members with the information and experience they need to pursue their passions to the fullest. In your role as a customer service advisor, you'll: Delivering exceptional customer service via phone, email, web chat, and social media to both members and non-members. Responding to concerns and grievances from both members and non-members Promoting and offering guidance on a variety of goods and services Handling and elevating any grievances from customers to guarantee a prompt resolution Helping other team members to guarantee that members receive excellent service Good customer service abilities are necessary. You have to work to a high standard of delivery and feel comfortable managing a variety of incoming and outgoing calls with clients. It is necessary to have prior experience working in a customer service setting; however, call center experience is not a prerequisite. Those without prior call center experience will receive opportunities and first-rate training. PLEASE NOTE: Depending on experience, the salary for this role can reach up to $69,500 per year.
