We are seeking an Office Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day management of our office. Among the duties are: Customer support Emails Support Calls Support Chat Support Amazon Support Fax Support Courier claims Maintaining RMA lists Calls to courier companies if needed Generating Labels (If needed) Maintaining Refund Data Work Requirement: An undergraduate degree in business administration or a related discipline. Two years' minimum of verified experience in a related role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Must own a laptop and have reliable internet. Backup of light (no excuse on it) Responsive and with good communication. In working hours, you should reply right away. Good knowledge of methods and practices in management. Outstanding interpersonal and leadership abilities. Both dexterity and aptitude for solving problems. You must be a team player to work with a team of 10.
