The Role: As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you will be collaborating with the team and supporting senior staff both in the office and during site visits. Responsibilities: Implementing document management following QA procedures. Preparing cost advice in line with RICS guidance notes, covering various aspects such as order of cost estimates, viability reports, formal cost plans, cash-flow forecasts, and life cycle costs. Creating post-contract cost reports and final accounts. Developing and administering tender documentation and processes. Drafting contracts and managing post-contract cost aspects, including change control processes, valuing variations, and backssing contractor claims. Generating valuations for progress payments. Engaging in training to work towards achieving chartered status. Requirements: Qualified or ongoing studies towards a degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent. Understanding of commercial aspects in construction. Possess good Quantity Surveying base skills. Valid UK driving licence.
