The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in evaluating the condition of the housing stock, conducting energy backssments, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Interested individuals with the requisite qualifications and skills are invited for this exciting opportunity. Qualifications: Essential: Level 3 Domestic Energy backssor Desirable: Level 4 Domestic Energy backssor Competency Qualification (or willingness to achieve) in commercial energy backssment HNC/D in a relevant building industry qualification or demonstrable relevant experience Full UK Driving Licence Responsibilities: Conduct detailed inspections and backssments of residential properties to determine their current condition. Compile comprehensive reports on the structural integrity, fabric, and components of each property. Identify and document any defects, maintenance issues, or potential risks to the housing stocks Evaluate the energy performance of properties, identifying opportunities for improvement. Recommend and implement energy: efficient measures and technologies to enhance sustainability. Stay abreast of industry standards and emerging trends in energy: efficient building practices. Utilise specialised surveying tools and software to collect accurate and relevant data during inspections. Analyse survey findings to generate insightful reports, identifying key trends, challenges, and improvement opportunities. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including property management, maintenance teams, and sustainability departments.
