Closing Date: February 9, 2024 Reporting to the Supervisor, Contract Administration, the Contract Administrator is responsible for the accurate and timely entry of contracts for Concentrate and Refined Metal products and the maintenance of Customer/Vendor Master Data. To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with strong attention to detail, an efficient communicator with the ability to multitask and prioritize workloads to meet deadlines, and a standout colleague who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Be a courageous safety leader, adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures Cooperate with the Supervisor, Contract Administration and coordinate the timely and accurate input of contracts in SAP ERP system and obtains all required SOX approvals Facilitate the timely and accurate input of Master Data customer and vendor information into SAP and CRM systems Track shipment schedules and updating contracts in SAP accordingly Assist the Supervisor, Contract Administration Document and detail the contract administration and master data processes for SOX, ISO, and effective training Periodic review of CRM for document and workflow completion; Timely collection of required audit documents during periodic audits; Capture additional data requirements for Key Performance Indicator tracking Provide month-end support Provide support during tax audits and periodically reviews audit packages Understand, comply and follow TML’s internal policies and procedures Cooperate with and assist Supervisor, Contract Administration with tasks and projects, as needed Qualifications: Minimum 1 year work experience working with customers in a B2B environment is preferred Familiarity with commodities and/or logistics is preferred A college or university degree in the area of business is preferred.
