Job Title: Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Elec Bias) Employment type : Permanent Salary: up to £45,000 Benefits: Ongoing training and qualifications Location: Suffolk (near Beccles) Shift: 12-hour day shifts Synergi are recruiting for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Elec Bias) to join a leading production company in Suffolk. This is an opportunity to join a company with over 200 years of history. This is an ideal position if you have a proactive approach to work, as well as a strong team-work ethic in a high-pressured environment, so you need to love the challenge! You should be electrically biased with a mechanical understanding. You will be responsible for overseeing Planned Maintenance to ensure the flow of production meets the standards set. You will be diagnosing faults, identifying problems on machinery, and implementing solutions. Machinery includes: Printing, bindery equipment, print finishing machinery, conveyors, and packaging machines. Responsibilities: Conducting Reactive and Planned Maintenance on high-speed production machinery Continuous improvements Working closely within the engineering & production team to ensure maximum efficiency Adhering to all Health & Safety procedures Skills Required: FMCG experience essential but will consider all industries / Ex-Forces UK electrical engineering qualification Apprentice trained Strong electrical diagnostics and fault-finding experience (3-phase/DC systems ideal) Food or packaging background advantageous Interview Process: 1st stage - Face-to-face with the supervisors, technical questions and site tour 2nd stage - Site tour and interview with Engineering Manager Please apply through this advert if you are interested in this Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Elec Bias) position!
