Your Mission: Guiding Convention Sales for our 17 locations Nurturing a team of 12+, where your leadership shapes the future of the organization Crafting a strategic pricing masterpiece to achieve banquet budget goals Innovating sales-promoting strategies, adapting them to the rhythm of market dynamics Calculating room rents, conference packages, and crafting irresistible packages Ensuring the highest guest satisfaction by setting and upholding impeccable standards Approving RFPs, forecasts, statistics, and budgets that drive success Collaborating with the sales and revenue team, alongside hotel management Reporting to the Head of Convention Sales Central Europe & Cluster General Manager Frankfurt/West Your Unique Blueprint: A minimum of 5 years of experience in meeting and event sales MICEA knack for numbers coupled with effective communication skills A strong quality awareness and unwavering commitment to service excellence Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken Advanced knowledge of all common MS-Office programs Ready to elevate your career and be part of a team that's rewriting the rules of Convention Sales Does this sound like.
