Job Description: HR Business Partner Location: Amsterdam or Dusseldorf Location Salary: Competitive I am working with an exciting hotel group who are looking for a super star HR BP to join their team asap. A little insight to what the client is looking for: You will be reporting to the Group HR Manager, the Group Regional HR Business Partner - Northern Europe and will deliver on the people strategy for the Hotels within that region Düsseldorf, Amsterdam currently with a view that more Hotels will be purchased/ acquired in the coming years offering direction and support to the HR Managers and General Managers in those hotels. This role will ensure the successful delivery of the hotels in pipeline from a People, HR and training perspective. Benefits Remuneration will be competitive commensurate with experience. Employee Wellbeing Program Employee Assistance Program About the Role Embed and Enhance the hotel Culture across the properties within the region by ensuring their people strategy is fully integrated into the hotels. Provide strategic and operational support to management teams within the designated region. Ensure effective implementation of key HR initiatives by applying strong project management to enhance the HR offering across the spectrum of people processes and practices. Coach, Support and Train the HR Managers within the region, providing a strong induction to new HR Managers. Support Group HR with the expansion of the group across the region. Contribute to the Group agenda by being involved in projects, initiatives, research, especially with reviewing the regions offering to ensure the Hotel Group is a leading employer.
