The successful candidate will support the Group's approach to risk from framework and policy definition through to implementation and monitoring at business unit level, whilst working closely with the Group Financial Controller, CFO and Senior Leadership team in both managing and communicating our approach to risk, across all stakeholders. Supporting all internal audit efforts, co-ordinating with our outsourced partner, assisting in defining the focus, timeline and execution of audit work and associated action plans. Responsibilities will for the Risk and Internal Audit Manager will also include: Ongoing design and implementation of the Group's overall risk management process, including an analysis of the financial impact on the company where appropriate. Periodic risk backssment, analysing current risks and identifying potential risks that are affecting the company. Consolidating our ongoing work around the Group's internal key controls framework, enhancing our approach and ensuring consistent execution across the business. Risk reporting tailored to the relevant audience. Supporting the Group Financial Controller in updating the board of directors about the most significant risks to the business; ensuring business heads understand the risks that might affect their departments; ensuring individuals understand their own accountability for individual risks.
