Location: Southern Oregon Coast Job Description: Our hotel on the beautiful Oregon Coast is seeking a General Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. The General Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and sales. Responsibilities: Manage and lead a team to ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction Develop and implement effective strategies to improve occupancy rates and revenue Ensure the hotel is operating efficiently and effectively by monitoring key performance indicators and adjusting as necessary Monitor and manage expenses to maintain profitability Ensure the safety and security of guests and staff Qualifications: Experience in hotel management is preferred but not required. Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and think critically to solve problems If you are a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Manager looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity on the beautiful Oregon Coast, please submit your resume and cover letter.
