We are currently seeking the following position : *** Position is contingent on contract award*** JOB TITLE: PROJECT MANAGER JOB PURPOSE: Project Management and coordination including, but not limited to, meeting support, reporting to customers, preparing documentation relating to overall project coordination, maintaining office integrated work plans, presentations relating to recommendations to Customer JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Create, manage and maintain Strategic Planning and Partnering Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) using MS Project. Maintain the Strategic Initiatives Project Portfolio and facilitates Strategic Planning Goal team meetings. Principle advisor on all issues involving planning and operations and benefits of the IMS. Meet regularly with key staff to keep IMS updated and to make recommendations that shall provide ongoing improvements to the organization. Provide monthly IMS strategic activities and performance reporting to Senior Leadership. Maintain, develop and direct activities for performance measures utilizing Tableau Creator software with an oval status of projects. Responsible for the coordination and completion activities of strategic initiatives, monitoring, and product status updates, including maintaining and managing the IMS using MS Project. Provide overall consultation and advisement to staff and Senior Leadership on workflow and process improvements through using SharePoint and integration with Tableau Creator software. Provide overall consultation, manage, and supervise Data Analyst(s) in developing metrics and performance measures utilizing Tableau Creator software. Provide other consultation to key staff as needed to include, but not limited to, presentation development and analysis reporting on performance measurement trends. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: MUST have a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Excellent communication skills Ability to identify and mitigate risk. EDUCATION: Master's Degree EXPERIENCE: 10 years of relevant experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Active Security clearance Extensive knowledge and experience with Microsoft Project Leo Tech, LLC is an Equal Opportunity and Drug-Free Employer.
