The Position: St. Patrick Center is hiring Case Managers due to our agency expanding and so is our program at Rosati Place. We are looking for candidates with exceptional interpersonal skills for the case manager position. The Semi Independent Case Manager oversees the daily care of clients in the Semi Independent Program, ensures the client complies with identified treatment goals, and assists with the implementation of treatment programs and goals, among other duties. Moreover, the Semi Independent Case Manager will need to be a Qualified Mental Health professional and have experience with case management. This position works Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM. The salary range is between $32,000 and $42,000. Please see full job description for additional details.
