Pony Bird - Employment Services is a Not-for-Profit in Jefferson County seeking to hire temporary summer Job Coaches. The Summer Work Experience is a program for high school students with disabilities to gain real life work experience. Job coach will work with a group of 4-5 students at community work place setting. Job coach will assist students in training and developing positive work skills and work behaviors. This position is perfect for school staff and college students. Option to stay on after summer if desired and have needed availability. Location Our office is located in Arnold. We have on-site work locations in Festus and Fenton.
