We are currently seeking applicants for a Mortgage Loan Administrator. This position f acilitates those functions required in the registration, packaging, shipping, and follow-up of residential mortgages. Locks in rates/pricing of loan scenarios for Loan Officers. Produces a Daily Rate Sheet. Completes Quality Control requests from Investors. Provides quality customer service to all Loan Officers and customers. Reviews closing documents to package and ship to investors for funding. Performs Post Closing on closed loans.
