GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for providing diverse administrative support to the processes, workflows, and day to day functional tasks of the Patient Access leadership team. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Minimum three years experience in a responsible administrative field. Knowledge of insurance payors. Strong computer skills with proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and EPIC. Excellent interpersonal skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Is a self-starter requiring minimal supervision. Strong organizational abilities, detail oriented, and able to effectively prioritize. Must be able to sit for long periods of time. Must possess hearing and verbal abilities appropriate for telephone and customer duties. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Knowledge of the health care field.
