deciBel Research has an immediate opening for a Full Stack .NET Developer in Huntsville, AL. Position Description: Designs, develops and analyzes complicated and difficult software programs for computer-based systems. Responsibilities Include: Analyzes user's software program needs and assists in troubleshooting Design and develops software using basic compilers, assemblers, utility programs and operating systems Performs systems modeling, simulation, and analysis Advises hardware design engineers on machine characteristics that affect software systems May provide input for documentation of new or existing programs Education Requirements: Bachelors' degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business or other related field or equivalent. Experience Requirements: Minimum of 5-8 years related experience Working knowledge of desktop applications such as word processing, spreadsheet, and database programs Working knowledge of current operating systems and programming languages Experience in ASP.NET/C# Working knowledge of EntityFramework and ADO.NET Working knowledge of Bootstrap, Angular JS, JavaScript, C Knowledge of .NET Framework, .NET Core, JSON and MVC Familiar with version control software such as Mercurial or GIT Special Skills Desired: Security + Working knowledge of Elastic Search Working knowledge of Python Applicant selected must have an active Top Secret security clearance .
