Overview Asgard Resources is a rapidly growing sand processing company located in rural North Dakota looking for the right person to add to our team. Asgard is a leading provider of frac sand in North Dakota and has been operating since 2018. Asgard is seeking plant operators to maintain and operate a sand washing and sizing plant and a dryer. This job will also include operating heavy equipment at times. Successful applicants will be trained on the specific equipment utilized at the facility. Primary place of work will be outside of Towner, ND, but be able to occasionally fill in at our transload facility in Berthold, ND. Responsibilities Monitor and adjust machines and conveyors to maintain flow and quality of sand Perform emergency and routine maintenance on plant equipment Assist with various construction projects Perform assignments outlined by supervision Work safely Willingness to learn new skills Qualification Previous mechanical, mining, or operating experience is preferred but not required Ability to read, write and speak English Ability to perform simple math calculation Ability to lift 50 lbs, shovel, and climb ladders/stairs Ability to work nights, 8-12 hr. shifts and OT may be required Ability to work independently or with a partner Ability to take direction from supervisor Ability to work outside in various degrees of weather Job Posted by ApplicantPro
