Compensation Wage Range $28.00/hr. - $32.00/hr. based on qualifications & experience Workplace Values The team member will be expected to operate in line with our core values which are: Community Excellence Fairness Growth Loyalty Benefits The following is a brief overview of the company's benefits program: Major health and dental insurance Life insurance Long term disability 401K with company match Paid sick, vacation and holidays (8) Referral incentives Qualifications A Working HVAC Lead Journeyman shall demonstrate the following competencies: Ability to read and understand construction drawings Ability to work overhead from ladders, man lifts, scaffold, etc. Knowledge and experience with both HVAC duct system, refrigerant piping systems, and hydronic piping system Ability to layout and coordinate the installation of HVAC equipment, duct, & piping systems. Ability to safely rig and set large / heavy equipment Must possess the ability to accurately plan the required steps of a project Must have the ability to inspect installed work for quality workmanship Must have knowledge required to establish maintain a safe working environment Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers The following items are preferable; however, they are not required for consideration: Ability to terminate electrical wiring at various HVAC equipment Additional Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age Valid driver's license with clean driving record Over 10 years' experience in Commercial and Industrial HVAC installation (Preferred) OSHA 10 certification (Preferred) High school diploma or equivalent Have and maintain a professional image Flexibility to work overtime/weekends as required Must be willing to travel overnight All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to veteran status, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or national origin.
