Radcom, Inc. is a seeking a Sales Representative for New Business Development to join our team. Radcom is located in Cuyahoga Falls, OH. This position is full-time and salary, plus commission eligible, with benefits including medical, dental, HSA, PTO, etc. This position will be remote with some time required visiting clients. Radcom is currently set up to hire in Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Florida and preference will be given to candidates in those states. For more information about us, visit https://radcomservices.com/. Job Summary The Sales Representative uses Sales methodology combined with research, prospecting, entrepreneurial, and consulting skills to find and uncover the pain, budget, and decision-making process for prospective clients. Once a performance problem is determined, the Sales Representative works with Operations and Sales staff to determine the best solution and an estimated cost that ideally results in the sale of performance and training solutions to a new or returning client. Responsibilities Develop new business within markets defined by Radcom and s ecure new accounts with closed won sales Learn Radcom's service offerings and value proposition quickly and thoroughly Learn and apply Sandler Sales techniques to daily selling activities Follow a defined sales process Identify and qualify leads Conduct prospecting activities including cold calls, social media, networking, represent Radcom at tradeshows, etc. Meet with prospects, gather information, identify sales opportunities, develop proposals, and close sales Use CRM to plan and record activities, sales opportunities, and client/account historical information Collaborate with Operations Team Competencies Exert sound judgement, discretion, and preserve confidentiality Ability to work independently or in team environment as required Effective research and prospecting skills Ability to approach sales with a consultative and solution solving style Advanced social media acumen Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written communication skills Polite and persuasive verbal communication skills Professional demeanor and presence Develop strategic business relationships Accountable for keeping commitments Suggest new ideas in response to, and in anticipation of, business needs Ability to engage with prospects, building and maintaining strong relationships through consulting and listening skills Proficiency with Microsoft applications and a Sales CRM Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor's degree or above preferred) Minimum 3 years of sales and/or industry experience Cultural Values Kickass!
