We're looking for people who - A role in business development for the biogas purification industry involves identifying potential customers, building and maintaining relationships with them, and creating strategies to increase sales and revenue. This role requires knowledge of the bio gas industry, including its technology, trends, and competition. Additionally, excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills are crucial to succeed in this role. We seek long term partnerships with customers that value our approach. Job Responsibilities: Past experience in a Sales Role with individual Sales Dollar Goals. Preferably sales roles for large capital projects. Experience selling technical products or previous work experience in technical positions or a degree in an engineering field Ability to develop sales strategies individualized to the customer and their needs Ability to travel at least 25% and up to 50% of the time Creative, resourceful problem solver Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Understanding of business concepts and issues including working within a corporate structure Must have a high degree of influencing skills and be able to apply those skills at multiple levels inside and outside of the company Position must be located near a major airport in US or De Pere, WI or Southfield, MI Qualifications: Bachelor's degree / MBA or technical master's desirable A minimum of four years selling technical solution products into OEM customers preferred Experience with developing effective strategies and selling proposals that win new orders preferred General process engineering knowledge and/or chemical industry process knowledge preferred Experience working in cross-functional teams with application engineering and operations groups relative to the application of products and execution of projects is desirable PC literate with MS Outlook, SalesForce, PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills Excellent oral and written communication, persuasion, diplomatic and interpersonal skills Creativity for developing projects that are not apparent to existing customers through observation and identification of opportunities during plant visitation Job Posted by ApplicantPro
