As one of the fastest growing solar installation companies in the industry, Infinity Solar installs a custom-designed photovoltaic (PV) solar system for green, renewable energy, while saving homeowners money on their monthly utility bill. What's in it for you: ● Base pay and/or bonus with uncapped commission ● Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits ● Advanced product and sales training ● Corporate call center and sales support team to help ensure your success ● Company-issue iPad and Infinity logo apparel ● State-of-the-art prospecting tool ● A company committed to our environment Because We Hire Superstars, Not Know-It-Alls, You Can Expect in your first 30 days to: ● Be onboarded to Infinity Solar USA sales teams, processes, methodology, products, and company story. ● Learn our go-to-market motion, key differentiators, and develop your strategy ● Learn the key success metrics for your role and how you will be measured against them. ● Learn your talk tracks and how to move past common objections ● Become comfortable logging activity in our CRM and other platforms ● Begin making calls, writing emails, qualifying leads, and identifying key opportunities ● Receive a lot of feedback and training Within your first 60 days to: ● Be a consistently performing and valued team member ● Know where to go for answers and take responsibility for your learning ● Be able to confidently name the value each of our products bring to a company's go-to-market strategy ● Confidently interact with home owners and brushing off objections with ease ● Know how to respond to difficult and complex questions Within your first 90 days: ● Begin to help participate in team trainings and share sales knowledge ● Consistently exceed your sales goals ● Be a dependable, consistent, and essential contributor on the team ● Seek out and receive manager, customer, and team feedback to start preparing you for greater responsibility within the sales organization ● Prepare for 90 day performance review with your manager We believe working hard and playing hard is a healthy life balance.
