The Digital Press Operator will be responsible for running and troubleshooting multiple large format UV digital presses from DuPont, Vutek and Oce as well as a large format Scitex solvent based printer. The Operator ensures that all print jobs are completed under very specific timelines with an emphasis on maximizing sheet and runtime efficiencies and maintaining color control. Requirements: Experience running / operating digital presses is a must. Should include, but not be limited to, operation of large format UV printers as well as solvent based printers. Flatbed UV experience is a plus. Experience in RIP software, such as Colorburst, Cromanet, Onyx Postershop, and EFI Fiery and Imaging software Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop is a plus. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and stand for long period of time. Minimum position requirements: High School diploma or GED Ability to communicate (read, speak, write) in English Minimum 2 years Screen Print or SMR experience Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs Available for weekend work shifts and overtime Job Posted by ApplicantPro
