We are growing and looking to add a Full-Time Maintenance Technician to our team! In this position you will be responsible for maintaining the physical asset of a multi-family housing property in Crookston, MN! Day-to-day tasks include, but are not limited to: Building systems maintenance Apartment repairs and reconditioning Sheetrock repairs Painting Minor plumbing work Minor electrical work Grounds care and snow removal Requirements Maintenance or repair experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate!
