RHINO STAGING AND EVENTS Rhino Staging is a full-service production company, with a main focus on staffing labor for concerts, corporate events, festivals, and many other live events. We provide labor to many of the large local venues such as Lumen Field, Tacoma Dome, and ShoWare Center . For nearly three decades we have nurtured growth in the entertainment industry across the country, with branches in most major cities. We work with some of the biggest artists in the business including Taylor Swift, Chris Stapleton, and Snoop Dogg . Established in 1991, we put an emphasis on hiring quality employees, offering job training, and putting safety as a number one priority. As we continue to grow, we have more and more need for hard-working, dedicated staff who have career growth opportunities in mind. Part-time Scheduling Coordinator - $22-$23 per hour range Rhino Staging is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage their time, prioritize work and multitask across several, ever-changing projects. This person would be working with a tight-knit office team to properly coordinate and schedule employees for multiple events in and around the surrounding area and neighboring states. We value people based on merit and strong work ethics and are looking for a dedicated, hardworking, organized individual to join our Rhino Team. Typical Job Tasks -Schedule employees for multiple event sites, shifts, and travel jobs. -Data entry such as uploading timesheets, receipts, and client/employee information. -Interact daily with employees and clients to process requests, schedule changes, and general inquiries. Preferred Experience -Past administrative assistant experience - Experience in sales or a call center environment -Experience with Google Docs, spreadsheets, Gmail, and Excel - Solid computer skills and an aptitude for learning new software Work Schedule/Location -In-Office (Fife, WA) -Part-Time (20-40 hours), Hourly, Flexible, Occasional Weekends COMPENSATION -$22-$23/hour -Medical Benefits READY TO JOIN OUR TEAM?
