About You: 3+ years of experience in product management College Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing and/or proven work experience in product management. Demonstrated ability of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle. Experience in managing cross-functional teams and coordinating with various stakeholders. Excellent organizational, communication and leadership skills. Security Video Equipment and Video Analytics experience a plus. Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence is a plus. About the Job: We are seeking a talented Product Manager to oversee the development of video related products for the Advanced Products team. I n this role, you will work closely with the Vice President of the Advanced Products to manage a small remote team of technical engineers and other professionals. As a product manager, you will be responsible for managing the project from the initial concept phase to the final product launch, ensuring that all project milestones are met on time and with the highest level of quality . Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets for the video product development process. Lead a team of engineers and other professionals, remotely, to ensure that all project requirements are met, even when given little direction or guidance. Create and maintain project documentation, including product roadmaps, requirement documents, and status reports. Identify and resolve project issues, risks, and roadblocks ensuring that any problems are addressed in a timely and effective manner. Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with engineering, upper management, and customers to provide clear direction, planning, clarification, guidance, decisions, status, and issue resolution. Develop a deep understanding of DMP products by working with DMP product managers, dealer visits and discussions to identify and fill product gaps while generating new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
