Full-Time Manufacturing - Industrial Painter We're looking for a full-time Industrial Painter to join our team. Previous experience is not required. Although experience is preferred, we will train the right individual in the safe and efficient industrial painting processes. Follow all safety policies and protocol and report safety hazards to their supervisor. Make the effort to learn different tasks and operate varied machinery. Understand they need to be flexible to do whatever tasks need to be done to meet customer needs. A Day In the Life of an Industrial Painter Working as a full-time Industrial Painter here at C&B Piping allows you to be a part of a great team while contributing to exceeding the expectations of C&B Piping's customers. By painting and lining the ductile iron pipe and iron fittings, you're preparing the product to be shipped directly to our customers. Job Qualifications - What We're Looking For Must have a work history that demonstrates the ability to keep a job for multiple years with consistent attendance and punctuality . Must be able to focus on: Making the team successful in meeting all productivity and quality goals. Following all established company safety and facility rules, as well as OSHA requirements. Must have experience with and know how to: Use basic mathematical skills. Read and understand a tape measure. Operate a forklift in a safe and efficient manner with the ability to obtain a certification. Learn and apply industrial painting processes, maintaining a strong focus on the quality and appearance of product. Focus on making the team successful in meeting all productivity and quality goals. Follow all established company safety and facility rules, as well as OSHA requirements. 1-3 years of INDUSTRIAL painting experience is highly preferred.
