At the Caribe Royale Resort and Convention Center, we are extremely excited about the expansion of the Grand Caribe Convention Center, the complete renovation of all 1,335 suites and villas, and a new lobby creating a new "arrival experience". If you are excited, and passionate, about ensuring our guests have a memorable experience then this is a wonderful time to join the Caribe Royale family.Assist with recruiting needs which include, but are not limited to, phone pre-screens, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, processing new hires, and tracking of potential employees for all positions and levels within the resort. Perform routine administrative functions to support the Human Resources office.Responsibilities: Assists with pre-screens and interviewing of potential employees Tracking of Applicant Flow Log Sending applicants for Drug Testing and conducting background checks In charge of sending all food & beverage, culinary and banquets applicants for TB Reference checks Prepare New Hire paperwork and enter them into Paycom. Build files, hand imaging, make name tags and take employee pictures. Posting Career Opportunities and updating Job Hotline every Friday. Updating Caribe Royale website and other Recruiting sites with weekly job openings. Maintain applicant area clean and organized. Maintain job postings board updated, clean, and nicely decorated. Maintain filing system on qualified and nonqualified positions. Attending Job Fairs Any additional projects directed by any HR personnel. Address questions/concerns of all employees efficiently and in a timely manner. Complete new hire onboarding paperwork and other necessary tasks (time clock, name badge, etc.) Conduct Welcome to the Team with new employees and send appropriate forms for department managers Assist with internal transfers and giving new job descriptions Maintain a positive attitude with a SMILE Maintains and adheres to our company values Great Team and Great atmosphere Job Posted by ApplicantPro
