Underground Foreman - (Construction) Minot, NDPipe Foreman with Pipe Layer experienced in Storm Drain, Sewer, and Water Line Construction. Proven comprehensive understanding and a working knowledge of construction documents including construction specifications, and detailed construction drawings. Primary Job Functions Must be able to read, understand, sequence, and schedule all construction activities including: Implementing health safety, storm water, and pollution prevention plans, Planning and scheduling labor and equipment utilization, Maintaining construction schedules, Evaluate changes in contract or site conditions, and Maintain as built drawings. Must have extensive, broad, hands on experience in completing self-performed projects including: Trenching and pipe installation of sewer, storm drain, domestic & fire water, dry utilities, and concrete structures. Candidates who offer the above experience and are interested in long term career opportunities with an established company that prides itself on competitive compensation packages with a family-oriented working environment need to apply. Minimum Experience: 5 - 10 years of underground and/or civil construction experience, as a foreman managing crews. Compensation: Compensation package is dependent upon qualifications and experience Must possess current valid driver license and pass pre-employment drug testing and background check.
