Position Summary: Supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in construction, installation and repair of structures and fixtures during regular and emergency hours. Hiring Requirement/Preferences Must be able to respond to emergency calls as needed (24/7) High school diploma or equivalent and additional specialized training equal to a master craft designation. Minimum 5 years of experience in building construction trades. Appropriate journeyman experience required. Work within precise standard of accuracy. Rate information using standards which can be measured or checked. Ability to review flat drawings or pictures and understand how they will look as solid objects. Follow oral and written directions, plans and blueprints. Physically, working foremen must be able to see well (either naturally or with correction); coordinate the movement of eyes, hands and fingers; use hands, arms and fingers fully; climb and maintain balance on ladders and scaffolding; stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl or work at heights; lift and carry objects weighing up to 100 pounds or more. Must possess a valid unrestricted Driver's License. OSHA 10 (have or ability to obtain) Be capable of obtaining various certificates and licenses required within the industry. R.H.
