Position: MDS Coordinator The MDS Coordinator will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating issues, maintaining accurate records, updating records and working with patients and families. The ideal candidate will have a background in both medical care and the elderly population and enjoy interacting with patients and providing care to those who are unable to care for themselves.
