The people who succeeded in our business would always have been successful regardless of their vocation. Failure for these folks is never an option. On Target Earnings While you are learning the business, a successful salesperson will earn $100,000+. Some of our newer people are on track to make $150,000 +. After 12-18 months years, if you are willing, you will have the opportunity to go through our manager in training program where you can be promoted to a GM position where your income will be $200,000+. Our best managers earn between $500,000 and $750,000 per year. We are: We are Titan Factory Direct Homes, and we are in the factory-built, affordable housing industry. Our parent company is Skyline-Champion, the largest supplier of factory-built housing in the world, and we are their retail division. At Titan Factory Direct, all our homes are sold through retail sales centers located strategically through the southeastern United States.
