Job Title: Senior Test and Validation LeadLocation: RemoteSalary: $70 - $76.50/hourWe are currently seeking a skilled Senior Test and Validation Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading all testing, validation, training, and knowledge transfer planning, material development, and delivery. You will prepare for the deployment of the solution to the full organization, develop and enforce standardized testing processes within the context of an Agile development methodology, and work with the Project team to define/enhance processes and strategies associated with both manual and automated testing.Key Responsibilities: Lead all testing, validation, training and knowledge transfer planning, material development, and delivery. Prepare for the deployment of the solution to the full organization. Develop and enforce standardized testing processes within the context of an Agile development methodology. Work with the Project team to define/enhance processes and strategies associated with both manual and automated testing. Direct the development of all required test scripts, test cases, and test documentation. Manage integrated testing across platform and system components. Perform complex testing functions, tasks, and activities, including setting up recurring regression tests with maximized use of automation. Perform analysis of requirements, test coverage, and the impact of proposed changes. Perform continuous improvement on the testing process. Collaborate with developers and business analysts in handling and interpreting requirements and defects. Requirements: At least 3 years of FTE experience as a testing lead for Projects with a minimum value of $10M+ and tens of thousands of internal and external users (including the general public) within the public sector. Up to 2 additional years of experience as a testing lead for Projects in excess of $10M within the public sector. Strong knowledge and experience in testing, validation, and training. Experience in Agile development methodologies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with developers and business analysts.
