Onset Financial of St. George, UT, is seeking to hire a talented Office Manager to work in our new location! We are planning to continue our incredible growth in 2023 as we expand to a second 60,000 sq. foot building in St George, Utah , and are looking for someone who can hit the ground running. This role, based in St. George, will support the day-to-day operations of the Southern Utah team. As an Office Manager you will play a critical role by: Ensuring the office is running efficiently and effectively. Acting as an extension of the Draper Campus by ensuring cultural efforts are driven and supported in the St. George office. Performing or facilitating the maintenance of office equipment including cleaning, maintenance, and repairs. Working with the Accounting team to ensure purchasing and record-keeping standards are maintained. Ensuring the team is equipped for smooth operation by m aintaining inventory of office supplies; ordering new supplies as needed. Performing administrative duties such as answering phones, sorting and distributing mail, and preparing documents. Managing confidential information. Performing other related duties as assigned. Ideal Candidate: A solutions-oriented problem-solver. Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and self-manage. Have a high level of interpersonal skills to handle a variety of situations. Conducts themselves with poise and professionalism. Working knowledge of software including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Positive, 'can-do' attitude.
