Social Worker / Clinical Case Manager

Social Workers / Clinical Case Managers provide critical clinical support to children with complex trauma histories and treatment foster care families. The Social Worker / Clinical Case Manager facilitates placement of children in foster homes and participate in assessments, service delivery, discharge, and aftercare planning. Arrow’s program utilizes evidence-based practices to treat difficult to place foster children with high intensity needs. Social Workers / Clinical Case Managers maintain regular contact with the foster family and child, and monitor psychological, mental, emotional, physical and environmental well-being through phone contacts, email, and home visits. Social Workers / Clinical Case Managers also participate in an On-Call rotation. Social Worker / Clinical Case Manager Benefits: A signing bonus of $1,000 available and payable incrementally beginning 30 days after employment. Clinical Supervision. Social Worker / Clinical Case Manager Education, Licensure and/or Experience: Master's Degree in Social Work, and at least one (1) year experience working with children and families Active Social Work License required For the safety of the children and families we work with, as well as those in our Arrow family, background and drug screenings are required by our licensing bodies at the time of offer and on a continuous basis after hire. As a potential candidate, submission to and successful completion of these screenings is required.
