SHIPPING CLERK FLSA CLASSIFICATION: NON-EXEMPT HOURLY RATE: $18-$22/HOUR JOB LOCATION: SKYLINE MINE OVERALL JOB PURPOSE: Responsible for preparing and submitting daily shipping reports. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Daily reconciliation and reporting of shipments Data entry in multiple files. Frequent correspondence with internal and external customers. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 2 years in customer service with accounting or clerical duties Associate degree in accounting may be substituted for the experience. Must be competent in Excel, Word, and data entry. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and computation skills are required. Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
