CMT Technical Services has an immediate opening for an Assistant Controller who will report to the Corporate Controller. Job duties will include managing AP and AR teams, preparing journal entries, reconciling balance sheet accounts, helping with the preparation of the monthly financial statement package, and providing support for the annual audit. We are looking for someone that can multi-task and has good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude. Job Responsibilities: Manage the accounts payable team Manage the accounts receivable collection team Reconcile accounts as part of month-end close Assist in preparation of monthly financial statement package Assist with annual audit Assist in the research of budget to actual variances Other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills, and Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting Proficient with Microsoft office Experience in the construction industry Ability to learn new systems quickly Excellent communication skills Detail-oriented Team player Experience: 2-3 years of public accounting audit experience Job Posted by ApplicantPro
