SCHEDULING COORDINATOR Pest USA is a family owned and operated growing Pest and Termite Control Company. Established in 1971, we have proudly up held the true values of customer service and have grown into new territories and markets. The Scheduling Coordinator position plays an integral part in our customer service by effectively scheduling technician routes to service our customers at the highest level. Responsibilities and Duties include, but are not limited to: Scheduling or reschedulilng appointments for Technicians and Sales Calling customers to confirm scheduled appointments 3 days in advance Maintain and updates customer account information in a customized database Comply with state and federal regulations, company policies, procedures, and guidelines Convert accounts receivable and process customer payments Respond to answering service messages Specialize in customer resolution Answer and assist customers once scheduling duties are complete Support other office administrative staff in the completion of their duties when needed Perform other duties as required by management Minimum Qualifications: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Proficient use in Microsoft Office programs Ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment Excellent customer service skills Excellent time management skills & organizational skills Problem solving skills Pest Pac knowledge Ability to pass a drug screen and 7-year background check Legally able to work in the United States Physical Requirements: Must be able to meet the physical demands of a typical office environment - sitting and/or standing for long periods of time as well as possible light lifting to 20lbs on occasions. Additionally, repetitive movement of hands for long periods of time.
