KidsSPOT is seeking 1099 Contract Occupational Therapist (OT) in the Hollywood area. Occupational Therapist (OT) Schedule: 4:30 PM - 8:30 PM (Hours may vary per client) PRN role As a Occupational Therapist (OT) with us, a typical day might include: Traveling within the Hollywood area to perform assessments and develop care plans Educating patients and their families on how to improve patient safety, health, and independence in their homes Working with some of the most respected agencies in Hollywood Documenting interventions, observations, and care plans using easy-to-use technology Accessing training that supports your career aspirations Brainstorming and collaborating with a community of like-minded clinicians Our internal team and care coordinators make organizing and scheduling patient visits effortless. And, if you're interested in developing your career, we offer programs designed to position you for leadership opportunities locally and throughout Florida. What we are looking for: A graduate of an Occupational therapy program approved by the National Board for Certification Actively and currently licensed by the state of Florida Currently certified in CPR A compassionate, active listener Self-directed with a strong team focus Experienced in developing care plans Able to travel throughout the Hollywood area for home visits Providing therapy evaluations and treatments in accordance with the departmental policies and procedures and under the guidelines of the board of professional regulations and the speech therapy practice What we offer: Local assignments Competitive compensation Comprehensive training and shadowing opportunities Anytime back-office support KidsSPOT provides Early steps care in the clinic, home, and daycare settings as part of its treatment philosophy.
