Is this a great job for you? This position allows you the ability to learn all aspects of payroll to strengthen your payroll knowledge. You will work with an experienced payroll team and have interaction with departments throughout the company. Responsibilities Include: Preparation, verification and processing of assigned payroll companies with obligation to meet weekly payroll schedule Monitor electronic inputs of time reporting and reconciles variances in record keeping and reporting Responsible for employee master file set up for all employees status, earnings and other changes Assist with weekly/monthly withholding taxes prepared and reported online Use the company construction software [Vista, formerly Viewpoint] and it's accounting modules to integrate payroll processing Do you have the qualifications we are seeking? Recommend two-year Accounting degree or equivalent experiences. Must be highly organized with good time management skills. Must have ability to meet multiple deadlines.
