Job Summary The Patient Access Scheduler will be responsible for answering incoming phone calls and scheduling medical appointments for all Family HealthCare locations. To be successful in this role, the Patient Access Scheduler must be an advocate for both FHC and patients, have excellent customer service skills, patience, cultural sensitivity, and empathy. Qualifications Prior appointment scheduling experience (preferred) Previous computer and customer service experience (required) Knowledge of medical terminology is beneficial in this role Schedule Monday-Friday, full-time Location On site - occasional floating to other locations may be required Our continued success depends on the skills and commitments of our employees.
