REQUIREMENTS State of Indiana Paramedic license State of Indiana EMS Primary Instructor certification American Heart Association Provider and Instructor Basic Life Support (BLS) Heartsaver Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Instructor certification in the following programs: NAEMT Advanced Medical Life Support (AMLS) NAEMT Prehospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS) or International Trauma Life Support (ITLS) Corporate compliance SKILLS Strong verbal and written communication skills and public speaking abilities Computer operations Time management and multi-task capability Analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking Tact and diplomacy when dealing with others EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Associates' degree required, Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
