JOB RESPONSIBILITIES- Registered Nurse - Hemodialysis Float Pool RN - DIALYSIS Float Full-Time Registered Nurse candidates for the Hemodialysis Float Pool position will have the following job responsibilities: Utilizing the standards of care set forth by the American Nephrology Nurses Association, the Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) in hemodialysis will organize, modify, evaluate, document and maintain the plan of care. This plan will fall within the scope of the Registered Nurse Practice Act and will include individualized, holistic, supportive and safe care for the adult and geriatric patient population requiring hemodialysis. The RN maintains accountability for professional decisions and actions within the parameters of their legal scope of practice and in accordance with the federal, state, and local laws; rules and regulations; and policies, procedures and guidelines of our client. JOB QUALIFICATIONS- Registered Nurse - Hemodialysis Float Pool RN - DIALYSIS Float Full-Time Registered Nurse candidates for the Hemodialysis Float Pool position will have the following job responsibilities: Candidate must have successfully completed an accredited RN program. Must have a minimum of one (1) year of RN experience in an acute care hospital environment. Must have BLS and ACLS certifications. Must have BSN. Must have 1-3 years of recent experience working in an acute care hemodialysis unit. (Davita and Fresenius candidates will also be considered.)
