Assistant Quantity Surveyor required for one of the busiest Main Contractors in the region. The company: They are a main contractor that undertake new build, extension and refurbishment projects across Susinteraction and Surrey. Their project values range between GBP1 million and GBP12 million in the Education, Commercial and Industrial sectors. Along with in the Residential and community and leisure sectors. They are an ambitious and growing contractor, with vast opportunity for their future endeavours. The candidate: Ideally degree qualified, or with considerable experience in a similar role with another Main Contractor Experience working within the construction industry on both new build and refurbishment projects over GBP1m in value Knowledge of JCT Contracts Living within 45 mins of Crawley Enthusiastic, punctual and hardworking The role: Here you will be an Assistant Quantity Surveyor reporting into a Senior Quantity Surveyor. You will be a pivotal part in all stages of the projects, you will be involved in the procurement, right up to liaising with clients. You will be working on multiple projects across the sectors they operate in. Someone with experience in the Commercial and Education contracting will be the ideal candidate for this role.
