Senior Quantity Surveyor required for one of the busiest Main Contractors in the region. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be overseeing the commercial resources and project teams on various projects, using your commercial expertise and wealth of knowledge. You will maximise the cash flow and margin as well as backssing, reviewing and mitigating commercial and contractual risks. You will : Manage all commercial and contractual matters on site. Successfully deliver the project and achieve optimum cash flow. Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with the Clients. Report to the Commercial Manager on all allocated projects. Requirements: 3+ years of experience, Degree qualified. Previous experience working on education, commercial leisure and healthcare projects. Track record of running projects. Knowledge of standard JCT and Design and Build contracts. Excellent communicator.
